SASANA was founded by Sarah "Sass" Baily, a certified spiritual life coach and second-time fashion entrepreneur with over 10 years in the industry. After experiencing firsthand the physical toll of synthetic fabrics during a challenging life transition, Sarah felt compelled to expose the hidden harm that fashion giants keep from consumers. Her previous brand, Sarah Baily, graced the floors of Selfridges and Topshop, with pieces worn by Rita Ora and Leomie Anderson - but this time, her mission runs deeper than fashion.

SASANA harnesses the power of high-frequency fabrics like GOTS-certified & OEKO-TEX cotton, linen, and Ramie to elevate wellbeing and restore natural balance. In 2003, Dr. Heidi Yellen's groundbreaking research revealed that a healthy human body vibrates at 100+ Hz—the exact same frequency as organic cotton. When fabrics vibrate lower than your body's natural rhythm, they create energetic strain. Synthetic materials vibrate at just 15 Hz, the same frequency as a diseased person, while our curated natural fabrics—organic cotton, linen at 5000 Hz, hemp, and Ramie—align with optimal wellness.
